Ntobi Cleaning Returns & Refund Policy
At Ntobi Cleaning, we value your satisfaction and are committed to supplying high-quality cleaning products. We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. Please review our returns policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the original, unopened packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Important: Due to the nature of cleaning chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special orders
- Opened or partially used products
- Products not purchased directly from https://ntobicleaning.co.za
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales1@ntobicleaning.co.za or 010 021 0155.
- Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Ship the item back to us at your expense, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
